Welcome to Care Home Government Care Home is an old age home under Social Justice Department. Care Home meant for the care, protection and rehabilitation of old age people-who are destitutes. The care home is located at Pulayanarkotta, near chest disease hospital about 3 kms away from Government Medical  Services Care Protection & Rehabilitation of senior citizens We offer standard living condition providing homely atmosphere to the residents. We have 34 bedrooms, each one is standardized to facilitate 3 people and all are old age friendly Provide balanced diet for inmates. We don't entertain readymade & cooked food. Supplementary food for bed ridden & ills people Health hygiene maintained by staff Nurses. Two staff nurses services are available in each shifts. 24 hrs ambulance services also available Activities  People who are interested in agriculture have given opportunity to train with horticulture therapy and agriculture	History  His Highness  Sree Chithira Thirunal Balarama Varma, The Founder.  His Highness Sree Chithira Thirunal Balarama Varma established this institution on 1958. The fist name of the institution was 'After Care Home'. At that time it functioned as rehabilitation center for persons who were released from prisons. There was an industrial unit for to meet  their lovely hood.   Later the number of personas from Prisons/Jails were limited & function the home focused to cater the needs of destitute people of all ages & becomes Care Home.  Today to meet the challenging need of increased old-age destitute. The status of the institution in strictly old-age home.  The home was shifted to the present building in the year of 2013
